Upon receiving the customer's repair request, our company will promptly arrange for a designated engineer to visit the customer's factory for an initial communication. The main contents of the communication include: the first phenomenon after the laser damage, the preliminary judgment of the damage cause, and the repair objective. After completing the relevant factory exit procedures, the damaged laser will be retrieved for testing and evaluation.
After the testing and evaluation are completed, we will communicate the evaluation results with the customer to determine whether the damaged laser can be repaired and whether it is worth repairing. Once it is confirmed that the laser is worth repairing, both parties will communicate the repair content, repair cycle, and repair price of the laser, and form a repair agreement, repair PR, or conditional order.
Our company will strictly follow the laser repair process regulations to conduct detailed inspections, damage assessment, organize the procurement of spare parts, and carry out repair work. After the repair work is completed, the following documents will be formed:
